Pastel Portrait Stage3

Instead of working on the face some more I decided it would be a better idea to first put in some background, some indication of the jacket and some of the real darks in the hair.
With that mainly in place it made judging of where the changes were needed in the face a lot easier. I stood way back looking at it for some time and also looked at it through a mirror.
There, were I could see definite changes were needed I adjusted the face and continued working some more around the mouth and eyes.
This is as far as I will be able to go today. Luckily it is a pastel painting which makes leaving it and coming back to it very simple and easy.
